Immediate Openings LITHOGRAPHY SUPERVISOR First Shift

Independent Can’s Lithography Division, a metal decorator located in Belcamp, (Harford County) Maryland, is seeking an experienced lithography supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 2, 4, and 6-color 36” & 45” printing presses, thermal coaters, and the management of the department during the first shift. Supervisory experience of a lithography pressroom is a requirement for consideration. The position requires someone who is pro-active and willing to commit the hours necessary to meet customer needs in addition to mentoring operators. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including profit sharing.

COATER OPERATOR---LITHOGRAPHY
Wagner Spot Coater
(Experience Required)
The Lithography Division of Independent Can Company, a metal decorator located in Belcamp, (Harford County) Maryland, is seeking an experienced Coater Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for set up and operation of the Wagner Spot Coater. The Operator is responsible for the application of coatings and varnishes to metal sheets that are cured through an LTG oven. In addition, the Operator will be responsible for monitoring of the coater film weights and registration of various coatings. This is an hourly non-exempt position subject to overtime and reports to the Lithography Supervisor. This person should have good mechanical and problem-solving skills.
SALESPERSON/SALES TRAINEE
BELCAMP, MD FACILITY
The Sales Department of Independent Can Company, a manufacture of metal packaging products in Belcamp, Maryland, (Harford County) is seeking a Salesperson/Sales Trainee The successful candidate must believe in our company values and demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills, and attention to detail. The selected individual must be willing to learn our manufacturing operation from the bottom up while establishing a strong relationship with our production team. A Four-year college degree a plus as well as some sales experience. Selectee must have solid writing and basic computer skills. The position requires someone who is pro-active and willing to commit the hours necessary to meet customer needs. MACHINIST
The Machine Shop of Independent Can Company, a manufacturer of metal packaging products in Belcamp, Maryland, (Harford County) is in search of a machinist for first shift. This individual is expected to perform tool and die work, repair equipment, including making parts and tooling. Candidate must be proficient on all machine shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, etc. The position requires someone who is pro-active and willing to commit the hours necessary to meet customer needs.
